Join us for a healthy grocery shopping tour with Tania Kowalski (Health and Happiness Coach) on Sunday, May 19th from 9:30-10:30 am at Lindos Devonshire. Tania will walk the group through the aisles and explain the different food products and labels she recommends for well-balanced family meals. Tania will point out things to look out for with food labels, show the group typical products she purchases for the family for well-balanced meals and answer any questions people may have about nutrition.
